On November 28, the Economic Development Affairs Committee of the Legislative Council of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and relevant members jointly discussed matters related to the opening of e-cigarette transshipment in early 2023. The senators expressed dissatisfaction with the government representative's preference for sea-air combined transport (starting from Dongguan). Members of the legislature called on the Hong Kong government to formulate a road-air combined transport plan related to Hong Kong's status as an international transport center as soon as possible.
